Why won’t my call get through?We are excited that so many of you want to exercise your Second Amendment rights, and we want to help. However, our call volume has increased sevenfold while the store is busier than ever. We’ve had lines going on multiple registers from start to past close since the Bill passed. We are trying to take as many calls as possible and respond to voicemails but please be patient.

Will my order arrive in time?If we receive your purchased items before August 1st, we will still be able to transfer it to you after the 1st. If something you ordered does not make it to us by the 1st and we are unable to sell it to you, we will issue a refund.

Does my background check and paperwork need to be completed before August 1st?No. Background checks and paperwork will still be processed in the days following August 1st.

When will my order be ready to pick up?As almost all rifles ordered need compliance work by our gunsmith, delays are expected. We will notify you when your gun is ready for pickup via email.

What do I need to bring when picking up my order?Please have your valid LTC and up-to-date PIN ready. Due to increased store traffic, expect long lines and delays. We appreciate your patience.

What do you have in stock?You can check our inventory by selecting ‘Available in Store’ on our website capegunworks.com. We currently have items in stock, have more on the way every day, and are accepting orders to be shipped. Our distributors are aware of the dire situation here in Mass and are doing everything they can to support us with fast shipping.
